Richard Rushkewicz
Mr. Rushkewicz is currently Vice Chairman, director, chairperson of Northbrook Bank’s risk management committee, and on its audit/compliance committee. He co-founded the bank in 2000, serving as its chairman and CEO through 2014. A career-long banker for over 50 years, he has held numerous senior management positions and has been involved in the opening of many offices and bank acquisitions. Active throughout his career in local activities, organizations, and volunteer work, he has been a member of the Northbrook Industrial and Commercial Development Commission, the Village’s Economic Development Committee, and is a past director of the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northwestern University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He and his wife, Lynn, are long-time Glenview residents where they raised three daughters.
